El valle de Antón
It is definitely worth a visit. The Anton Valley is the only inhabited volcanic orifice in the world. Cerro Gaital is located north of the town of El Valle de Antón in the province of Coclé, approximately 120 kilometers from the capital city. From the Gaital you can see the two Pacific and Atlantic oceans) and due to its strategic location it was an observation base for the North American army during World War II.
The area has samples of cloud forest ecosystems that contain scenic, educational, scientific, environmental, recreational and other values; biological diversity, populations of endangered species, a hydrological regime and natural scenic values. It contains unique salient features of national importance.

It is a 3.5 kilometer circular trail located near Antón Distrito, Coclé, Panama; Mountain that receives its name because it seems to form the silhouette of a lying woman.
